You're one of my iconning inspirations - I love how you put compositions together and creatively utilize resources. 2, 5, and 7 here are great examples of how well you use textures and color - 5 is one of my favorite icons ever, and I can never manage to use the damn lace textures as well as you did on 7, even though it's so simple.

Your typography is always amazing, even if it's just textures that are well-placed, like in 8.

Your coloring is something I wish I could replicate - 4, 6, and 8 stand out here as realistic but vivid coloring, and 2 is saved from being overbusy by that rich red-orange.

A few of these have some fading elements that make the icon difficult to focus on, though - although I blame my poor eyesight. The ghostly Vaynes on 3, the bright white cloud on the left in 5, and the somewhat blotchy lights in 6 are a bit distracting. But, monitor and eye issues, you know?

I personally LOVE the second icon, but that's just me and my obsession with saturation, which probably isn't always a good thing.

I think you have a really find command of the medium and a wide range of icons (from anime/manga to real life). However, there is a bit of an overuse of channel mixer, it looks like. Nothing wrong with using that technique, just in some of these they're too blue all over (the Nana Kitade icon is pretty, but it's too blue and there isn't enough contrast between the background and her face). You have some use of textures, which it's good that you know when and where to use them, but sometimes icons do need a little more than just coloring. On a more personal level, I'm not a fan of manga icons that include the original text. Yes, it takes some time to erase and fix the art, but there are creative ways of cropping, etc. Just explore that option. There's a good range of composition but it still mainly focuses on the face. Try some more asymmetrical approaches or utilize the negative space. Experiment with spit screen or not showing all of the face as well.

Overall, very nice icons and your style is evident, at least to me. You should be proud of these. :)

I like it for the most part, but I'm not a fan of the dots on your Edward Elric icon, and the Tanemura icon has just too much on it.

I like the Tsubasa icons though, they're very cute. :D My suggestion is to perhaps add some more color adjustments, to make the colors a little more vivid and such- but that's just personal taste. :>
