I think you have a really find command of the medium and a wide range of icons (from anime/manga to real life). However, there is a bit of an overuse of channel mixer, it looks like. Nothing wrong with using that technique, just in some of these they're too blue all over (the Nana Kitade icon is pretty, but it's too blue and there isn't enough contrast between the background and her face). You have some use of textures, which it's good that you know when and where to use them, but sometimes icons do need a little more than just coloring. On a more personal level, I'm not a fan of manga icons that include the original text. Yes, it takes some time to erase and fix the art, but there are creative ways of cropping, etc. Just explore that option. There's a good range of composition but it still mainly focuses on the face. Try some more asymmetrical approaches or utilize the negative space. Experiment with spit screen or not showing all of the face as well.

Overall, very nice icons and your style is evident, at least to me. You should be proud of these. :)

Unfortunately, I can't give you a good "critique", since I fail at graphics. BUT ANYWAY. I love them. Hope that at least does something for your ego? :D
