I think you've got cropping and coloring down. Because all of these icon are really really good.
Try working on icons with text ontop of the regular icon. :D

i love the coloring in #7,8 and 11 and the cropping is awesome too!!
i like the last icon but i think it would look better if it was a bit more saturated :)
