I have always adored your icons. ♥

as for crit, well, I know it's probably part of your style? but toning down the glaringly bright color in your CG icons especially would help.

Or even making it so the brightness is focused on just eyes or just hair, instead of just making the entire icon glow like a nuclear reactor /o/;;; (which is an exaggeration I know XD your icons are really pretty though!)

I like the bright Code Geass ones, especially the C.C. one you've got here; I feel like that style of coloring works well for that show. I'm kinda iffy on the second icon, it's very muted and her skin almost has a greyness to it that I don't think works well with the pink of her hair.

Revy one is overall nice, I think that you used the text well in this one; I think it's a tad on the sharp side though, especially with the hair highlights, it almost looks unnatural? But that might just be the nature of the picture itself.

The fifth one's a bit plain, but the coloring is nice. It would make a good RP account type icon, I think. I think with these kind of icons, cropping is key: I really like the cropping in the first one, in the Eclair icon, and also in your Jigoku Shoujo icon in the third row; they're all creative ways of looking at the subject. In contrast, the crop in the fifth isn't as exciting.

Your Avatar icons...I'm not crazy about the coloring in either of them. The first of the two is very dark and dull, while the second one is too sharp and too bright. Again, the cropping in both of these isn't stunning; they're not bad, but they don't really add any "wow" factor to the icons either. I think with the first one, a closer crop on Zuko might have worked better, and for the second, I think if you cropped him to be either dead center or closer to the right side might have had a greater impact.

I like the Tsubasa and the Cassis icons, nice use of light texture, though I think it worked better in the TRC one. The Eclair icon is spot on - nice rich color and a great crop.

The Tear icon is very washed out, color wise; her skin is much too grey-tone here, and it feels very muted. The use of the text, in this case, emphasizes even more the lack of color depth in this, I think. A white text might have worked better with this one.

Last Unicorn one is, like the fifth one, not bad, has pretty good colors, but it's not stunning either. Jigoku Shoujo one, on the other hand, is really nice, especially the cropping here, and the red of her eye is nicely done. The FF one is over-white, I think, and is kind of on the sharp side too. Spirited Away icon has a nice crop, and overall nice coloring; watch the yellow of her shoes, though. I think the attention should be on Chihiro here, but her shoes' color is so bright and deep that it stands out a bit too much.

Overall, you've got some good ideas here, and I think if you keep at it, you'll get better and better.
