I really can't think of concrit, just suggestions, I guess? And hardly that, I had to sit here a long time staring at your icons.

I love the way you colour. It's always so soft and pretty. You choose good colours. I guess suggestions would be to vary your shading a bit? Sometimes the shading is so subtle it just looks like you're doing flat colour. For some icons it works, but for others it'd be nice to see more depth to it? IDK. Also, maybe try experimenting with fill layers and exclusion layers and selective colouring (I think you use photoshop instead of the gimp, so that option should be available to you)

....But basically your icons are beautiful.
