I have been following your icons for a very long time now, and I can’t get enough from them. I love how original you crop, the way you use your textures and how you put text in the icons. They all look very clean and nice to the eye. It is nice how you make icons from all sorts of things games, manga, stock and they are all beautiful. A new post from you always puts a smile on my face so I am always excited for a new post.

I only want to say that I find it a shame you haven’t made manga icons in a while. I know they take a lot of time but they always looked so gorgeous.

I THINK THEY'RE AWESOME SO STFU.

But, my cracking aside, I really do like your style of iconing. When you us textures, you're not going over bored by trying to use seven or eight on the same icon like I've seen some iconists do. You use them well! Especially in the third one of the first row - I really like that one.

I agree that they can sometimes be a little too bright, because your coloring is rrrreeeeaaally pretty +_+ and it's sort of hard to tell, like, in number five. Number four is really gorgeous, because it's bright but you can still see all the colors.

THe coloring you used on your icons is soft, and pretty to the eyes. Also love the cropping on icon 8.

I suggest coloring in the lines on icon 2 though. BUUUUT yea, that's just me |D

Oh, man, what gorgeous colours. Such a clever use of texture and I like the very simple cropping - it's not too overboard, and you get to see some pretty boys/ladies. I'm not quite sure about the grey-blue ones, though, they're kind of... normal? Not bad, per see, just normal. But, yes, I love them, and #1 is SO beautiful! And #6 is just adorable. Not quite sure what's going on on #9, but I think it's more the image than the icon itself, it has too many things in it.

I love your icons! I just... dislike the amount of faceless crops there are hnnngh I want to see eyes! But the textures you use on them bring out the image really well (aka, HELLO DAAAE). Your crops are absolutely pretty, and I like all of them, hnnngh. :)

Incredible cropping, but maybe ease up on the muted overlay that covers everything? Bright icons once in a while would really highlight your style.

Haha I scrolled right past yours without even realizing who it was. :| I should've known from the cat icon. I was about to comment and ask what series the second icon is from because it's v.sexy and THEN I REALIZED SOMETHING CRUCIAL. SOMETHING CURLY. SOMETHING ITALIAN.

I love your use of darker colors and the aged look you manage to pull off on stock photos. A++, gorgeous, no idea how you do it, great cropping as well.

My only crit is WHY DON'T YOUR MANGA ICONS HAVE MORE COLOR AAAAAAA. /SHAKES Like #2, there's a lot of yellow, it all seems to blend together. 3 has the same bg as the lining on his.. sweater? and it almost gives the impression that he's wearing a wall. ):

Rizu's icons are SEXAY as always; my only concrit would be possibly doing a light smart sharpen when you're done because they seem a bit blurry with the airbush-style shading, and removing tones after you color. ): I always leave mine in as a base guideline for shading, but things always look much cleaner when there's no tones. o/

I absolutely adore your use of rich colors, especially how you never go overboard with brightness. (Though you just had to prove me wrong with using sea-green cyan in the first icon. XD It worls well though with the overall darkness.)

You always incorporate patterns beautifully in the background without behind overwhelming. They add a very nice, very subtle touch without bringing much attention forward.

Blah blah blah my only other gripe is text bubbles. Most of your icons don't have them anymore but icons always look cleaner when you remove speech bubbles. X3

One little thing about your manga coloring -- I've noticed you've taken to coloring the eyelashes the same color as the eye itself. It looks okay in the above two examples, mostly because they happen to have the same hair color, but if you do it in an icon like this (http://i426.photobucket.com/albums/pp350/halure/orangeglow/so29.png), it... looks really weird.
